Each color has a meaning: white symbolizes the desire for peace, black reminds of past battles and their sacrifices, red is associated with the blood shed for sovereignty, and the green personifies peaceful pastures. The image of the cloth is also present on the coat of arms, which is a disk engulfed by the wings of a golden falcon. On it is painted a ship, over which the flag is flying. Green, white, red stripes and black trapezoid do not make a mistake - this is the standard of Kuwait. Above the ship is depicted the sky, and under it - waves of the Persian Gulf. On the chest of the falcon is also depicted a heraldic shield, repeating the colors of the flag and their order.
