How it works?

The whole difficulty is in makingheat exchanger. It is recommended to do with a welding machine. You can also just solder. Asbestos sheets can be used for insulation. It is embedded in the heat exchanger on both sides.
The spiral is cut so that its resistanceranged from 2.5 to 4 ohms. The less resistance, the more it will warm up, but there is a risk of overheating. Two discs with a diameter of 80 m are cut out of the paronite, on which the helix is fixed.
Installing a coolant heater
The installation process is simple, but will take time. For installation, you must prepare the clamps, tees for branching, bracket, spring and the device itself. Installation should be carried out in a place where the coolant can easily flow directly into the tee and top of the system. That is, it is best to install the device under the hood on the left.
The part must be installed as low as possible, but not lower than the engine protection.
The short pipe is removed and divided in two. Tee grease sealant and wear connections. Then all this is tightened with clamps, a thick pipe is screwed back. Now everything is ready, you can pour antifreeze and use the device.
